Ensure a good connection

The Furuno Single Junction Box or J-Box is an
optional terminal box that is used when the connector of the wind
transducer cable will not fit through the mast to make a connection
with the display unit (e.g. the diameter is too small). This unit
will ensure that your display unit and transducer are properly
connected.
